Pet Service Agreement
Working For Wags will follow the care instructions provided by the client. If your pet(s) become ill or injured while in our care, you will be notified immediately. If you cannot be reached, we will attempt to contact your designated emergency contact. Should your pet’s condition require immediate medical attention, we are authorized to contact the veterinarian listed on your account. If that veterinarian is unavailable, we reserve the right to contact a veterinarian of our choice and/or transport your pet for treatment as needed. All veterinary and related expenses are the responsibility of the client. If you would like to set a maximum authorized spending limit, please notify us in advance so it can be noted on your account.
I certify that my pet has not caused harm to, nor exhibited aggressive or threatening behavior toward, any person or animal. If there is any behavior history or concern to disclose, I agree to inform the Working For Wags team immediately. Our priority is the safety and well-being of both your pet(s) and our sitters. Examples of disclosures include, but are not limited to: biting when touched in certain areas, growling during toy or food guarding, or sensitivity to handling.
I understand that all pet-sitting and dog-walking services are subject to cancellation and change fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in transaction fees being deducted from any refunded amount.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 25% of the total stay, which will be paid to the sitter for reserving time that cannot be rebooked due to short notice.
I understand that late returns, extended stays, or additional visits required due to delays (such as missed or delayed flights) will be billed after the stay to cover the additional time and care provided.
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all policies of Working For Wags as outlined in this service contract.
