Pet Service Agreement
Working For Wags will follow the details of care provided by the client. If your pet(s) becomes ill while under our care, you will be notified at once, if you cannot be reached, we will attempt to notify the emergency contact. If the pet’s condition requires immediate action, we have the right to notify the veterinarian listed on the information sheet. If we cannot contact the listed veterinarian, we have the right to call a veterinarian of our choice and/or transport the animal to a veterinarian in either case. All fees are payable in full by you. If you wish to have a maximum spend amount noted on your account, please let us know.
I certify that my pet has not harmed, shown aggressive, or threatening behavior toward any person or any other animal. If you have information to disclose, please share the behavior immediately with your Working For Wags team. Our goal is for your pet(s) and the sitter to be safe at all times. (An example of information to disclose; Dog will bite if the tummy is rubbed; or, the dog growls if you try to take away his toy.)
I understand that all pet-sitting or walking assignments are subject to a fee for cancellations or changes without a 24-hour notification. This fee is 25% of the total stay and will be paid to the sitter for holding spaces on their schedule without the ability to rebook due to the short notice of cancelling services.
I understand that any late returns or additional visits will be billed after the stay to cover the additional time needed to provide the level of care requests. This is how we account for missed flights and staying longer due to delays in owner returning home.
I have read and agree with the policies of Working For Wags as set forth in this service contract.
